Marietta OB-GYN Affiliates, P.A. is a comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology practice that accepts most major health insurance plans and serves the community of Marietta and the surrounding areas. Our practice provides a broad range of women’s general medical care and specialized care in the area of the reproductive system.

We participate with the following insurance plans and networks:

• Aetna (Aexcel)  (except Exchange plans nor EPO plans)
• Blue Cross Blue Shield  (except any HMOX or Pathways plans)
• Cigna Health Care  (except Local Plus plans)
• First Health
• Greatwest
• Health One Alliance (Alliant)
• Multiplan
• PHCS
• United HealthCare (except Compass, Core, Deere Premier or Navigate plans)

**Unfortunately, we are unable to participate with any MEDICARE ADVANTAGES plans. Any services performed for patients with these plans would be collected prior to appointments at the Out-of-Network benefit amount.

**Unfortunately, we are also unable to participate with any COST SHARE programs. Any services performed for patients with these plans would be collected prior to appointments at self pay rates and patients will need to file claims for reimbursement).
